Job Descriptions
• Providing legal advisory to the management and business operation.
• Drafting and reviewing contract in supporting various corporate and commercial transactions both domestic and international.
• Preparing documents for company registration.
• Monitoring new and updated laws.
• Assist on Contract management system.
• Performing administrative tasks.
• Other works as assigned.
ทำงาน วันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์ เวลา 08:00 - 17:00 น.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Lawyer's License and/or Graduate from Thai Bar is preferable.
- Good command of English (TOEIC 720 up) and Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Minimum 0-2 years working experience in Commercial contract & Laws research.
- Experience in field such as Document Control, ISO Management System, etc. is preferable.
