Job Descriptions
1. Determines engineering requirements by conducting inspections and analytical tests.
2. Prepares engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; discussing these findings with the senior engineer.
3. Resolves engineering problems by collecting and analyzing information, modifying engineering techniques, and performing installations.
4. Verifies engineering applications by conducting tests and inspections, building and analyzing models, and conducting laboratory experiments.
5. Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information.
6. Meets cost standards by preparing cost-benefit analyses and tracking and reporting expenses.
7. Complies with codes and regulations by following requirements.
Prepares guidelines by describing operational and testing methods and procedures.
8. Maintains and improves quality results by completing quality assurance tests.
9. Ensures operation of analytical equipment by calibrating equipment.
10. Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock.
Enhances engineering and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline is a plus
- Excellent problem solver who brings innovative ideas
- A results-oriented professional who takes initiative
- Ability to follow instructions
- Excellent team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
