What You Will Do: •Oversee Center Operations: Manage day-to-day operations at the PalFish Flagship Center, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. •Parent and Student Relations: Engage with parents to address concerns, provide information, and ensure a positive experience for both students and their families. •Team Leadership: Lead the reception and support staff, fostering a professional and welcoming environment. •Quality Control: Maintain high standards for customer service, safety, and overall center operations. •Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on center activities, student satisfaction, and operational performance to management.

Qualifications

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or service-oriented environment.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage and inspire a team.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle issues swiftly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to center operations.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure that the center operates at the highest standards.
English skill with conversation level.
