Customer Service Specialist is responsible to make customSer satisfied, ensure order, delivery and AR collection go smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
1. Customer relationship build up and maintain
2. Complaints shooter
3. Be capable to negotiate customer production line adjustment if
late delivery.
4. Call schedule control with customer and supplier to avoid of line
down
5. Inventory management
6. Supplier Billing and Customer AR collection
7. Get inside / first info.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Working in customer service position over 2 years.
- Multitasking capabilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Written and verbal in English or Chinese as 2nd language is required
- Good excel skill
