Job Descriptions
1.จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ (ภพ.30) / ภงด.3 / ภงด.53
2. ติดตามและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบการจ่ายเงิน เช่น ใบกำกับภาษี ใบเสร็จรับเงิน หนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัทฯ
3.บันทึกบัญชีค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือนเข้าในระบบ Express
4.ตรวจสอบและติดตาม พร้อมทั้งจัดการรายงานการค้างเงินสำรองจ่ายต่าง ๆ ที่ยังไม่ได้มาเคลียร์คืน ของพนักงาน
5.จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์เจ้าหนี้/ลูกหนี้
6.ตรวจสอบ Raw material stock และการนับสต็อกทุก ๆ สิ้นเดือน
7.จัดทำใบสำคัญรับ/จ่าย
8.ตรวจสอบการจัดทำแบบแสดงรายการภาษีเงินได้หัก ณ ที่จ่ายรายเดือน เพื่อเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการนำส่งภาษีให้กับกรมสรรพากร
9.ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ในระบบ (Account Reconciliation) กับบัญชีคุม (General Ledger)
10.กระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง LGBTQ+
- อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ใช้โปรแกรม Express
- มีทัศนคติ มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีความซื่อสัตย์ ละเอียดรอบคอบ
