Job Descriptions1. Coordinate and count the recruitment needs of various departments according to the needs of the establishment and development of existing business. Prepare the annual recruitment plan. Manpower management
2. Establish and improve the company's recruitment and recruitment process.
3. Develop and manage the common recruitment channels. Use various recruitment channels to advertise recruitment.
4. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events at universities of technical high schools, junior colleges and undergraduate colleges to reserve DL/IDL manpower.
5. Manage personnel data completely.
6. Regularly review job descriptions according to changes in organizational structure.
7. Oversee and maintain department operations.
8. Survey and analyze training needs.
9. Prepare related ISO9001/14001/45001/RBA documents.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Arts (Chinese) or related fields
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in Chinese and excellent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Chinese or HSK 5
- At least 2 years’ in Professional HR
- Have knowledge about ISO9001 14001 45001 and RBA
- Female
