Lab assistant (Receptionist)

Job Descriptions
1-Receive and deliver samples while understanding customer requirements and completing accurate sample registration.
2-Issue certificates and process charges in accordance with established procedures.
3-Assist gemologists with testing activities, including weighing, photographing, and conducting spectral tests on experimental samples.
4-Manage laboratory samples and handle tasks such as certificate binding, production, proofreading, and related documentation.
5-Perform weekly account reconciliation and report results to the Finance Department.
6-Carry out other tasks as assigned by the team leader or management.
Qualifications
- Male/Female 20-50 years old with Thai nationality only
- Familiarity with the English language is required (proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage)
- Gemological or Gem market experience will be preferred
- Familiar with computer office software operation, office suite and photoshop
