Job description:
• Adapt global EAP marketing to fit local culture, trends, and regulations
• Create B2B clinical-focused content and manage localized campaigns/events
• Develop sales tools and support sales with utilization and clinical outcome data
• Ensure all marketing complies with mental health and privacy regulations
• Conduct market research and provide insights on workplace mental health needs
• 3+ years experience in psychology/healthcare marketing or EAP-related roles
• Strong B2B, digital marketing, and analytical skills
• Fully remote role; requires independence and minimal travel
Qualifications
- Good written and verbal communication skills both Vietnamese and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Marketing/Business/Public Health (Master’s is a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in Psychology or Marketing/Sales support, preferably in EAP or healthcare sectors
- Strong understanding of B2B and EAP models, including HR/Benefits/BPO environments
- Skilled in ethical communication for sensitive mental health topics
- Experience in digital marketing (LinkedIn, content marketing; automation is a plus)
- Strong CRM, analytics, and reporting capabilities
- KPIs: pipeline/revenue contribution, lead quality, and content engagement
- Fully remote role requiring independence, discipline, and reliable high-speed internet
- Minimal travel (~10%) for events and conferences
