Job Descriptions
1.ประสานงานกับทีม Shipping และ หัวลาก
2.ตรวจเช็คเอกสาร B/L , Invoice, Packing Listหรือเอกสารอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.ประสานงานกับสายเรือ Submit SI & VGM กับสายเรือ รวมถึงตามค่าใช้จ่าย
4.อัพเดทราคา Freight ให้กับทางจีน
5.รับข้อมูล-ปล่อย Booking ให้กับลูกค้า
6.เบิก – จ่าย ค่า D/O,ภาษี,ค่าใช้จ่ายในท่าเรือ
7.ติดตามสถานะสินค้าและอัพเดทให้ลูกค้า
8. there is good experience to handle USA shipments to operation place booking to EMC, MAERSK, MSC, CMA, OOCL, COSCO, ONE...etc.
9.If you have the ability to speak Chinese, you will be given priority
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านโลจิสติกส์หรือFreight Forwarder 10 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี ร่าเริง แจ่มใส
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ ในการส่งอีเมล์หรือการทำงานได้
