Job Descriptions
1.Collect customer orders, arrange production schedules, and ensure on-time shipment while maintaining seamless supply chain operations.
2.Address customer feedback on supply chain-related issues and provide effective resolutions to enhance satisfaction.
3.Maintain system-related reports to support the creation of management reports and ensure the plant operates efficiently with timely data support.
4.Leverage resources to help the factory meet customer demands accurately, swiftly, and efficiently, contributing to achieving sales targets.
5.Perform inventory control and analysis, optimizing stock levels to improve operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Good English communication skills
- Good personality, able to work with others, good interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly, able to take responsibility for goals
- Able to use Ms.Office computer programs
- At least 1 years of working experience
