Job Descriptions
1、Responsible for the daily management of the workshop, including workshop safety, environment, equipment, health and other management aspects.
2、Organize and coordinate the workshop production plan and production process to ensure the smooth implementation of the production plan.
3、Manage the workshop personnel and human resources, including recruitment, training, evaluation, reward and punishment.
4、Responsible for the purchase of workshop materials and inventory management to ensure the sufficient supply of workshop materials and inventory.
5、Coordinate the work between different departments in the workshop to ensure the collaboration and cooperation within the workshop.
6、Maintain the workshop culture and enthusiasm of employees, improve the efficiency of employees and the quality of production.
7、Coordinate and handle internal problems and conflicts, including employee complaints and disputes.
8、Responsible for the workshop budget and cost control to ensure the economic efficiency of the workshop.
9、Other tasks assigned.

Qualifications
- At least 1 years experience in Administration or translator.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, General Management, Language studies or a related field.
- Fluent in Chinese (HSK 4 or above)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, If experience in Refrigerator manufacturing are preferred.
