Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements to identify challenges and propose suitable solutions.

Create relevant documentation, including requirement documents, feasibility studies, functional and design specifications, flowcharts, test plans, and training materials.

Develop and implement software applications following the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Ensure application quality meets specifications and development standards.

Lead and prioritize tasks for system analysts and developers to manage software projects effectively.

Define and enforce standards in the software development process.

Provide technical guidance, application consulting, and troubleshooting support.

Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.

Report project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure IT security compliance to protect company data and resources.

Work closely with business users and developers throughout development and implementation phases.

Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
0-3 years of working experience in .NET System design or development.
System design (UI screens, database, API field info).
NET Standard or .NET Core 6 (design).
Oracle database design for versions 10g, 12c, 19c, and 21c.
Experience with WCF web services.
Ability to create requirement document specifications and programming specifications.
Knowledge of software architecture design is a plus.
Experience in system integration design.
