Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for after-sales issues in ASEAN countries.
- Support after-sales improvement projects for ASEAN subsidiaries and OEM clients (spare parts, training, etc.).
- Coordinate with subsidiaries to drive the factory to quickly resolve market issues.
Qualifications
- More than 3 years of work experience, bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in engineering or related fields, with experience in quality, after-sales, or technical support.
- Strong coordination ability to quickly implement market demands at the factory level.
- Preferred candidates from TPT R&D quality team.
- Proficiency in English communication, with a service-oriented mindset, patience, and attention to detail.
