Job Descriptions
• Responsible for driving and motivating Private dealer sales team to maximize the volume of new trucks sales. • Development the Private dealer salesman knowledge and competency. • Manage and control sales territory of each Private dealer responsibility follow company sales territory policy. • Manage and control price positioning as per company price structure. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Ensure the order process and logistics of Private dealer are handled effectively. • Develop and maintain strong relationship with the Private dealer to build up customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or high vocational in related fields
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  3. 3-5 years sales experience in automotive industry or related field (such as heavy equipment or passenger car e.g.)
