Job Descriptions• Responsible for driving and motivating Private dealer sales team to maximize the volume of new trucks sales.
• Development the Private dealer salesman knowledge and competency.
• Manage and control sales territory of each Private dealer responsibility follow company sales territory policy.
• Manage and control price positioning as per company price structure.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure the order process and logistics of Private dealer are handled effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with the Private dealer to build up customer satisfaction.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or high vocational in related fields
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- 3-5 years sales experience in automotive industry or related field (such as heavy equipment or passenger car e.g.)
