Job Descriptions
- สร้างยอดขายไปตามที่บริษัทกำหนด / Planning sale ทุกแผนก
- ควบคุมยอดสูญเสีย Shrinkage cost
- ดูแลมาตรฐานคุณภาพสินค้าให้ได้ทุกแผนก
- แก้ไขปัญหาต่างที่เกิดขึ้นให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- สร้างทีมงาน มอบหมายงาน ให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- สร้างกำไรให้ได้ทางบริษัทกำหนด (P&L)
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ป.ตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ค้าปลีก-ส่ง หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง 1 - 5 ขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะบริหารผลกำไรขาดทุน (P&L) ดี ถึง ดีเยี่ยม
- มีภาวะผู้นำ communication ดีเยียม
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
