Qualifications

Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Consultant in an agency environment
Candidates who are self-discipline, goal driven and motivated
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding results
Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving and exceeding recruitment targets
Passionate or strong interest in HR Recruitment function
Ability to communicate in English
