Job Descriptions- Prepare export documents and coordinate with all concerned parties.
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments and documents.
- Correspond with overseas customers on all inquiries and requirements in order to get job done efficiently.
- Shipment tracking and monitoring.
- Ensure all export operation expenses and pass to the Accounting Department.
- Fill out the shipping documents.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, International Trade or related fields.
- 1-3 years experience in Administrative function focus in Export, International Trade, Logistics.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
