Job Descriptions1. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, in alignment with the approved headcount plan and organizational needs.
2. Enhance employer branding by improving the effectiveness of recruitment channels and campaigns to attract top-quality candidates across various functions.
3. Oversee the onboarding process, including the orientation program for Burmese employees, ensuring smooth integration and coordination with relevant departments to support successful onboarding and probation completion.
4. Support the HR & Administration Manager in collaborating with line managers and supervisors on employee relations matters, including investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
5. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace by providing employee counseling services, promoting engagement initiatives, and advising managers on building supportive team environments.
