Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบกระทบยอด Clearing AP/AR กับยอดค่าใช้จ่ายที่หักเข้าบัญชี 2.จัดทำรายงานสรุปค่าใช้จ่ายของ MT 3.ตรวจสอบต้นทุนและสินค้าคงเหลือของสำนักงานพระราม 3 และบริษัทฯที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4.ตรวจสอบ ภพ.30 รายงานภาษีซื้อ กับเอกสารใบกำกับภาษีซื้อ 5.ตรวจ ภงด.3 , ภงด.53 6.ตรวจการบันทึกสินทรัพย์และรายละเอียดสินทรัพย์ 7.บันทึกรายการปรับปรุงบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง 8.ทำการ Integration Trabsactions ค่าใช้จ่าย 9.ทำการดึง Payment ตัดจ่ายของเจ้าหนี้ต่างประเทศ, MT,ออนไลน์ 10.ทำการ Approve ค่าใช้จ่าย 11.ตรวจรายการบันทึกบัญชีซื้อ (ตั้งหนี้) 12.ทำการ Finalized เอกสารตั้งหนี้ 13.ติดต่อประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 14.ทำเอกสารหัก ณ ที่จ่าย เพื่อส่งไปวางบิล MT 15.บันทึกรายได้อื่นที่เกี่ยวและบันทึกตัดยอดลูกหนี้กับทางฝั่งพระราม 3 16.จัดทำงานต่างๆ ที่ได้รับคำสั่งจากผู้บริหาร 17.ตรวจเอกสารค่าใช้จ่าย MT เพื่อให้บันทึกยอดประมาณการ และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นจริง

  2. อายุ 24- 30 ปี
  3. การศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป
  4. มีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. สะดวกเดินทางมาปฏิบัติงานโซนพระราม 3 ได้
