Job Descriptions
- ดำเนินการตามกลยุทธ์ด้าน Talent Management และ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion - สนับสนุนกระบวนการ Talent Review และ Succession Planning รวมถึงแผนการพัฒนาผู้มีศักยภาพสูง - ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายปฏิบัติการและ HRBP เพื่อวิเคราะห์ช่องว่างด้านทักษะ (Skill Gap) และพัฒนาแผนฝึกอบรมเชิงกลยุทธ์ - ออกแบบและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ Mobility และ Career Development เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางในการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาในสายอาชีพ
Qualifications
  1. รูปแบบการทำงาน: Hybrid Working (จ-ศ หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์)
  2. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาจิตวิทยาอุตสาหกรรมและองค์การ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Talent Management / Learning & Development หรือ HR Strategy อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
  4. มีทักษะการออกแบบโปรแกรมฝึกอบรม, Coaching, และการบริหารโครงการ
  5. มีความสามารถในการประสานงานกับผู้บริหารระดับสูงและหน่วยงานภายในที่หลากหลาย
  6. มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การสื่อสาร และการแก้ไขปัญหาในเชิงกลยุทธ์
  7. มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี ทั้งพูดและเขียน
