Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities 1. Departmental Strategic Planning - Collaborate with the Plant General Manager to define the plant’s quality management strategy and KPI targets. Cascade objectives across departments and ensure continuous monitoring to achieve overall quality performance. - Establish and develop a robust quality management team with a sustainable talent pipeline. - Drive employee development through targeted training in professional skills and work techniques. 2. Quality System Oversight and Management - Lead monthly quality review meetings to assess progress toward quality objectives and generate executive reports. - Support departments in designing corrective action plans and ensure effective follow-up and execution. - Plan and conduct regular internal process and product audits. - Lead customer second-party and third-party certification audits; monitor and verify the implementation of improvement measures. - Responsible for the design, optimization, and maintenance of the plant’s quality management system. - Oversee quality-related cost analysis and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce quality costs. 3. Quality Control Management - Ensure process quality assurance and resolve quality disputes. - Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions with follow-up on results. - Maintain process stability and capability; lead ongoing quality improvement programs. - Ensure full traceability of manufacturing processes and products. - Take ownership of customer complaint handling, including analysis, corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness. - Establish and manage an after-sales service team to provide prompt responses to on-site customer issues. 4. Additional Responsibilities - Develop and implement a performance evaluation system for quality and ensure adherence across relevant departments.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a quality manager role within the metal automotive parts or metal manufacturing industry.
  3. Proficiency in English and Thai
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
