2. Sales Force Optimization – Lead, coach, and performance-manage branch sales teams to ensure consistent productivity, pipeline velocity, and conversion results.
3. Growth Acceleration Initiatives – Identify high-potential growth zones and aggressively activate campaigns, school partnerships, and local events to maximize customer acquisition.
4. Data-Driven Sales Management – Analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to proactively adjust tactics and unlock new growth opportunities.
