Job Descriptions
1) Responsible packing to design and development process line and packing machine in food industries field to produce smoothly and efficiency.
2) Create Project Plans, organizes resources and test method to ensure project milestones are meet within expectation of timeline, quality and budget.
3) To analyze and evaluate test data in order to find the solution for modified process line & packing machine cost down activities, productivity, and quality improvement.
4) To set up the process control and machine control standard
Creates packaging related SOP's and Work instructions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Packaging and Materials Engineer, Mechanical engineer or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in position.
- Hand on experience in manufacturing process and technology.
- Experienced in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HACCP, GHP (GMP), and related safety and quality management systems is a plus.
- Possess excellent time management skills. Be able to take the initiative to meet deadlines and the ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision
- Strategic thinker with a passion for efficiency, automation, and innovation.
- Understanding engineering, scientific and other technical information.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming.
- Extensive experience with CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Experience in product verification, validation, and prototype testing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in project management, budgeting, and process standardization.
- Good communication in English to speaking, reading and writing.
- Able to use Auto CAD / Solid Works or related program.
- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and KPI tracking (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
