### **Key Responsibilities**: 1. **Talent Sourcing & Screening**: - Post job ads on multiple platforms and proactively source candidates via databases, networking, and referrals. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit against role requirements. 2. **Interview Coordination**: - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. - Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience. 3. **Stakeholder Collaboration**: - Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, define recruitment timelines, and align on candidate profiles. - Provide market insights and talent pipeline updates to support decision-making. 4. **Employer Branding**: - Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., career site content, campus recruitment events). - Promote company culture and values throughout the recruitment process. 5. **Compliance**: - Ensure adherence to equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี/Bachelor degree./本科学历。
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 2 ปี/at least 2 years of Relevant Experienc/至少2年相关工作经验。
สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทยได้อย่าง ถ้าสามารถใช้ภาษาจีนได้จะดีมาก/fluent in both English and Thailand. Chinese is better./流利使用英语和泰语，中文更好。
คุ้นเคยกับคอมพิวเตอร์และซอฟต์แวร์ Microsoft Office/Computer and Microsoft Office software literate. /熟悉计算机和 Microsoft Office 软件。
