Job Descriptions

•Check and review shift technician reports for completeness and accuracy. •Produce monthly reports including breakdown analysis and downtime. •Check the effective implementation of forms and checklists. •Generate machine/building downtime report with corrective and preventive action. •Conduct safety check and 5S check of area and take necessary action for compliance. •Maintain accurate records of equipment, buildings and identify issues related to maintenance plan, and procedures of infrastructure. •Documentation of all needed data related to infrastructure. •Direct contractors including scheduling of work and reviewing contractor documentation. •Support the repair, maintenance and installation work related to infrastructure. •Directly reports to the Infrastructure/Facility Manager. •Consistent coordination with Infrastructure/Facility supervisors and technicians and people from other departments to ensure that Infrastructures are operational and meeting quality and safety requirements. •Regular communication with external parties. (e.g. suppliers and contractors)

Qualifications

Graduate of 5-year Engineering course preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics or any related course.
Professional license is an advantage.
3-4 year work experience in a manufacturing industry and with exposure in infrastructure machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Relevant experience and knowledge in ‘safety first’ in the workplace is a must.
Relevant experience in cost saving and process optimization would be an advantage.
Engineering and industrial technology knowledge and skills.
Proficient in computer software and the ability to use maintenance software.
Knowledge and background in ISO, 5S and Safety are needed.
Good interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills in order to properly communicate operational concerns.
Fair in speaking and understanding the English language.
Very good analytical skills.
