Job Descriptions
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (PM/CM) for utility machines to ensure stable supply to the factory with cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement standard maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, spare parts control, and maintain history records.
- Analyze and improve utility machines for cost reduction and support Kaizen or continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance and maintenance of ISO 9002 Quality System, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 Environmental Standards, and 5S practices.
- Monitor and report utility cost results and job progress status.
- Coordinate facility system maintenance planning and execution (PM, PDCA), including handling job requests.
- Prepare and control departmental budgets, including variance analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Power Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience in utility/facility engineering or related fields
- Experience in PM or TPM for utility and facility systems (e.g., HVAC)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of maintenance standards
