Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies. Key Responsibilities: •Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing. •Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc. •Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights. •Develop engaging content tailored to target audiences to increase brand awareness and lead generation through website and related platforms. •Collaborate with the creative team to design digital assets including banners, videos, and landing pages. •Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

Male or Famale, aged 25-35 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (1+ years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram,Tiktok, or similar platforms.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic graphic design skills is a plus.
Knowledge of the real estate industry is highly preferred.
Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics are advantageous.
