Qualifications
  1. Male/Female
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in control valve sales or application engineering.
  4. Should have knowledge of various types of control valves
  5. Good communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  6. Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
  7. Strong knowledge of valve sizing (CV calculation) and control philosophy.
  8. Experience with actuators and accessories such as positioners, solenoids, and limit switches.
  9. Familiar with industry codes and standards (API, ANSI, ASME, etc.).
  10. Strong customer base or network within target industries in Thailand.
  11. Effective communicator with both engineering and procurement teams.
  12. Willingness to travel nationwide for customer visits and site support.

As part of our strategic expansion, we are launching a new product division focused on high-performance control and isolation valves. We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead this initiative and develop the market presence for our valve solutions. Job Summary We are looking for a Control Valve Sales & Applications Engineer to drive the sales, application engineering, and customer engagement for our new valve division. The successful candidate will bring solid experience in valve sizing, actuation systems, and a strong customer network across industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, water, and general industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for a wide range of control valves, on-off valves, and manual isolation valves including globe valves, plug valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, knife gate valves, and eccentric valves. Identify new customers and build long-term relationships with end users, EPCs, and OEMs in targeted industries. Perform valve sizing and selection based on process data and application requirements. Recommend and integrate appropriate actuation systems (pneumatic, electric, hydraulic). Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs. Provide technical support during pre-sales discussions, site visits, and commissioning support where necessary. Maintain CRM database and provide regular sales pipeline updates to management. Liaise with internal engineering teams and international suppliers for application reviews and product support.
