Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for Audit of accounts of quarterly basis
2. To control other payments and banking activity
3. Create Fixed asset transfer CWIP to Fixed Assets
4. Responsible for Audit accounts of quarterly basis
5. Fund Planning
a) To ensure fund management
b) Finalization of bank L/C Terms and conditions
c) To track the expiry of L/cs
d) To ensure prompt closure of L/cs
e) To ensure TR / PN is taken
f) To track the banks limit utilization and ensure submission to concerned on daily basis
g) To track cash inflow and outflow on daily / weekly basis
6. CMIS Monthly Report
7. Stores Consumption Monthly report
8. Review GL Account Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt Clearing
9. Create Cost estimated for inventory
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting / Finance.
- Minimum 8 years of experiences in similar role (treasury & banking) with good knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing
- Have CPD license
- Good attitude, great service - minded, hands-on, industrious and hard-work.
