Job Descriptions
Job Description 1. Ensure the new product imported complies with local regulations and registers as agreed with the timeline. 2. Deal and build a relationship with the government FDA officer 3. Coordinate and participate in preparing different regulatory submissions for products assigned. 4. Ensure all regulatory information and guidelines are up to date. Review new statements, and circulate them to concerned parties. 5. Consult, review, and advise on promotional materials to be published under marketing and sales activities such as advertising, leaflets, and all activities related to Regulatory Affairs. 6. Produce and monitor product labels. 7. Management of Pharmacovigilance activities as a backup for responsible products carried out within Thailand according to principal and FDA regulations. 8. Response to questions or comments from related authorities. 9. Undertake other relevant tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field
  2. 3+ years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs (food supplements, cosmetics, medical devices) ,including importation and manufacturing.
  3. Solid knowledge of global regulatory requirements and standards
  4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Strong communicator; experienced in cross-functional collaboration
  6. Good communication skills in Thai and English.
