Job Descriptions
Create Transformative Wellness Experiences •Perform PAÑPURI’s curated range of facial and body treatments using our proprietary formulations, signature techniques, and holistic protocols. •Personalize each session by assessing skin and body conditions, ensuring treatments align with guests’ individual needs and wellness goals. •Provide consultations that honor each guest’s unique skin condition, emotional state, and wellness goals. •Educate and inspire guests on self-care rituals, recommending suitable PAÑPURI products to extend their wellness journey beyond the boutique. •Guide guests through a seamless, sensorial journey—from consultation to aftercare—offering mindful service and genuine hospitality. Exemplify Holistic Excellence •Maintain the pristine ambiance of all treatment and boutique spaces, in alignment with luxury wellness hygiene standards Stay attuned to skincare innovations, ancient wellness traditions, and holistic practices to enhance the guest experience. •Assist in daily boutique operations, including inventory care and ensuring a tranquil, harmonious atmosphere. •Stay attuned to advancements in skincare science, plant-based formulations, and integrative wellness modalities. •Collaborate closely with the boutique team to ensure elevated guest service, smooth daily operations, and cohesive retail experiences. •Uphold PAÑPURI’s philosophies of mindful living, environmental sustainability, and ethical practice in all actions and communications. Empower Through Education & Ritual •Introduce guests to daily and seasonal wellness rituals tailored to their needs, supported by the thoughtful recommendation of PAÑPURI products. •Foster lasting client relationships through deep presence, sincerity, and understanding—encouraging repeat visits and trust in your expertise. •Participate in in-house training, ongoing learning, and brand development opportunities
Qualifications
  1. Certified Beautician and Massage Therapist with expertise in facial treatments, body therapies, and holistic massage techniques, ensuring a deeply rejuvenating and transformative experience.
  2. Educational Background: High School Diploma and a professional certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  3. Experience in a luxury spa, high-end wellness boutique, or premium skincare brand, with a passion for delivering personalized, results-driven treatments.
  4. Strong knowledge of skincare science, aromatherapy, and holistic wellness practices, including ancient healing traditions and modern innovations.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a warm, intuitive, and nurturing presence that fosters deep guest connections.
  6. Ability to guide guests in curating personalized self-care rituals and recommending products that align with their wellness goals.
  7. Commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to create a serene and immersive spa experience that reflects PAÑPURI’s philosophy of mindful living.
  8. Fluency in English and/or other languages is a plus, ensuring seamless communication with a diverse clientele.
