Job Descriptions

- Analyze market (market movement and business opportunities), customer, and competitor trends to develop sales target, margin, and penetrate new product and new market. - Initiate and establish new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers. Work closely with customers to present a technical perspective on the company’s sales offering. - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. - Achieve sales targets of company products & services (Hospitality Industry) within assigned industry/ account and outcomes within schedule. - Manage sales and provide information related to products - Manage sales and follow up on work according to plans and policies. - Control the work of subordinates in accordance with company policy. - Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customer. - Communicate with supplier for cost negotiate, sales condition, stock management, and participate in new product testing with customer.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Hotel Chain or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience background of Sales.
Good command of spoken and written English. (TOEIC 650 is preferable)
Valid driving license and able to travel upcountry.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
A notebook or tablet computer is available for use.
