Job Descriptions
• Researches and performs troubleshooting activities to triage of events and in a controlled manner.
• Resolves complex system alerts and addresses issues on the most complex technologies.
• Provide direction, mentorship, and training to less experienced staff.
Qualifications
- 1-3 Years Experience.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Experience administering O365, Exchange, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint environment.
- Strong understanding of day-to-day functionality in Microsoft services.
- Help desk experience and ability to provide technical and end-user support.
