Job Descriptions
Lead and manage the operations team to meet targets and company objectives.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient functioning of the department.
Continuously review and optimize work processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure timely resolutions.
Ensure reliable, punctual, and high-quality service delivery to customers.
Ensure depot compliance with Health and Safety regulations, industry laws, and company policies.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Line Managers.
Qualifications
- Min degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the ISO tank/container industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure.
- Skilled in using relevant software and programs for operations management.
- Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and meet business goals.
