Gambol would like to strengthen the international business of CLMV countries. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support our fast-growing business in oversea markets. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the global brand strategy in CLMV markets. The person will drive Brand Development and deliver brand marketing & media strategies, plans and execution across all consumers touch points. The Marketing Manager should have a strong knowledge of the overall digital marketing ecosystem from awareness to conversion in all platforms. They will collaborate with internal teams and an external agency to ensure consistent brand messaging, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for brand growth and meet company sales objectives. Key Roles and Responsibilities •Integrated Brand Marketing Strategies & Brand Marketing Campaign Development for CLMV markets •Build Brand Platforms in CLMV countries and develop brand communication and content across all platforms. •Define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy based on CLMV countries background that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and brand positioning. •Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns via local agencies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across various channels in CLMV. •Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Marketing initiatives and regularly report on brand performance marketing. •Manage Gambol brand from the visibility and awareness to conversion both online and offline •Track and analyze campaign performance metric and adjust spending as necessary to achieve targets and ensure that company resources are allocated efficiently to maximize return on investment. •Develop a strong base social media strategy for Gambol brands in each country to deliver marketing and sales objectives including brand awareness, channel penetration, consumer engagement and conversion
Qualifications
  1. Master’s degree in marketing or business administration
  2. 10 ++ years brand marketing experience in social media & ecommerce with a focus on targeting international or multicultural audiences
  3. CLMV Marketing Experience with a proven track record in developing and successfully implementing marketing strategies
  4. Experience in managing oversea creative, media and data agencies, vendors and partners
  5. Hands-on experience with executing marketing initiatives and Brand Activation
  6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences
  7. English Proficiency is required
  8. Self-motivated, Proactive, Analytical mindset and Results driven
  9. Can work with one man show situation
  10. 2 Interview sessions are 1st Online 2nd Onsite
