Job Descriptions
- Legal Advice and Guidance: Provide legal counsel to executives and other departments on a wide range of legal issues.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various types of contracts and agreements.

- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks for the company.
