Job Descriptions
ตอบแชทลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ของบริษัท เช่น LINE OA
รับข้อมูลจากลูกค้า พร้อมสื่อสารต่อไปยังทีมกราฟิกหรือทีมผลิต
ติดตามงานผลิตและงานจัดส่งให้เป็นไปตามที่ตกลงกับลูกค้า
ดูแลลูกค้าในแต่ละเคส ให้ได้รับการบริการที่ครบถ้วนและประทับใจ
ประสานงานภายในองค์กรระหว่างทีมต่าง ๆ เช่น กราฟิก ฝ่ายผลิต และคลังสินค้า
จัดเก็บข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบ และสรุปรายงานเบื้องต้นให้หัวหน้าทีม
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 20 – 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ม.6 – ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร ตอบแชท และดูแลลูกค้าอย่างสุภาพและคล่องแคล่ว
- ใช้งาน LINE OA, Facebook Page และ Google Sheets ได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และพร้อมเรียนรู้งานใหม่ ๆ
- หากเคยมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายออนไลน์ หรือแอดมินเพจ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
