Job Descriptions
• จัดทำเช็ค
• จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย (Payment Voucher) และใบสำคัญรับเงิน (Receipt Voucher) ในระบบ Accpac
• จัดทำบัญชีทุกโมดูล (AP/AR)
• จัดทำเอกสารการจ่ายเงินและอื่นๆ
• จัดทำภาษีและรายงานหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ภงด.1,3,53, ภพ.30, ภพ.36, ภธ.40 + กรอกแบบและนำส่งสรรพากร
• ทำ Summary ค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือน
• กระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร (Bank reconcile)
• จัดทำประมาณการกระแสเงินสดประจำเดือน
• จัดการและควบคุมงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เป็นไปตามหลักการบัญชีและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• จัดทำและสนับสนุนงานด้านการเงิน
• ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก/ที่ปรึกษาด้านภาษี
• ดูแล Project ด้านการเงินอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- Male or Female, Age 23 - 30
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration in a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a Finance/Accounting or Auditing function
- CPD is required (if any)
- Fast learner, with the ability to work independently yet be supportive of teamwork
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Enthusiastic, motivated, prudent and with a positive attitude
