- ยินดีพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่ แต่หากมีประสบการณ์ทางด้าน การประกันคุณภาพจะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
- มีทักษะทางด้านติดต่อประสานงานทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี มีความประนีประนอม
- หากมีทักษะด้าน การคิดวิเคราะห์ หรือสามารถใช้เครื่องมือเช่น 5Why, FTA, Fish Bone Diagram จะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
