Job Descriptions
The role is responsible for overseeing production operations to ensure quality and volume targets are met while fostering a collaborative and safe work environment. Key duties include planning and directing production activities, driving cost reductions, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to safety, health, environmental (SHE), and quality standards (including ISO and IATF systems). The position also involves cross-departmental coordination, employee training and development, compliance with company policies, and the implementation of internal audits and environmental management systems.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering fields, preferably Mechanical
  2. Able to communicate in English.
  3. At least five years experience in the Production supervisory.
  4. Proven team working and teambuilding skills.
  5. Evaporator/Heat Exchanger/Radiator experience, and/or
  6. Aluminum (or other materials) brazing experience, and/or
  7. Thin Sheet Aluminum Forming experience, and/or
  8. Any Leak testing experience with spectrum analyzer
