บริการลูกค้าต่างชาติ (ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ)
✅ : รับสายให้บริการข้อมูลด้านการในงานผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อให้เกิดความมั่นใจ ในการใช้สินค้าและบริการของ Samsung รวมถึงให้คำแนะนำการตั้งค่า-เทคนิคในการใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์
✅ : วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล แก้ไขปัญหา นำเสนอสินค้า-บริการ และสิทธิประโยชน์ ที่เหมาะสมให้กับลูกค้า
✅ : รับเรื่องรองเรียน รับเรื่องแจ้งซ่อม , แนะนำพื้นที่ศูนย์บริการ และประสานงานด้านต่างๆให้กับลูกค้า
✅ : โทรออกติดตามงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- จบปริญญาตรีทุกขา
- รักงานบริการ สื่อสารได้ชัดเจน สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (Toeic 500 + ) มีค่าภาษา
- ใช้งาน Ms.office ได้ และมีทักษะการพิมพ์ดีด
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ ตารางกะหมุนเวียน 5 วัน/ สัปดาห์ (สลับวันหยุด)
- ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์
