The HR & Admin Specialist/Supervisor is responsible for managing daily HR and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and supporting a productive workplace. This role oversees recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, office administration, and compliance.
1. Human Resources:
•Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
•Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, benefits) in HR systems.
•Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions confidentially.
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies as needed.
•Support payroll processing with Finance by verifying attendance and deductions.
2. Administration:
•Oversee office operations (supplies, maintenance, vendor contracts).
•Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
•Manage office budgets and petty cash reimbursements.
•Ensure health & safety compliance (e.g., fire drills, first aid kits).
•Supervise administrative staff (receptionists, cleaners, drivers).
•Manage office under 5S standards.
3. Compliance & Reporting:
•Prepare HR reports (turnover, headcount, recruitment metrics).
•Maintain ISO documentation standards if applicable.
•Liaise with government agencies for labor, visa, or tax-related filings.
