Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องในการขายสินค้าของพนักงานขายทางโทรศัพท์
2.ตรวจสอบการขายให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท
3.วิเคราะห์ไฟล์เสียงตามกระบวนการ
4.นำเสนอรายงานการฟังไฟล์เสียงต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงาน Call Center ,Tele sales หรือตรวจสอบคุณภาพ 6 เดือนขึ้นไป
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้
- ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft เบื้องต้นได้ดี
- แก้ไขเหตุการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้ และมีทักษะการสื่อสาร
