Job Descriptions
● ดูแลข้อมูลการชำระเงินจากช่องทางออนไลน์ เช่น ตรวจสอบยอดจากระบบ Payment Gateway ให้ตรงกับข้อมูลในระบบของบริษัท ● กระทบยอดคำสั่งซื้อกับยอดเงินที่ได้รับ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าไม่มีตกหล่น ● ดึงข้อมูลสรุปยอดชำระเงินประจำวัน พร้อมตรวจสอบค่าธรรมเนียม ● ติดตามเคสที่ชำระเงินไม่สำเร็จ (Failed Payment), ดูแลการคืนเงิน (Refund), และจัดการกรณีโต้แย้งจากลูกค้า (Dispute) ● ตรวจสอบความผิดปกติในระบบ Dashboard ของ Payment Gateway ● ประสานงานกับทีม IT, ทีมบัญชี และผู้ให้บริการภายนอก ● สนับสนุนโปรเจกต์ใหม่ เช่น ระบบ E-Tax หรือช่องทางชำระเงินใหม่ๆ ● งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือการเงิน
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านธุรกรรมการเงิน หรือระบบรับชำระออนไลน์ 1–3 ปี
  3. หากมีพื้นฐานด้านบัญชี AR/AP/GL หรือการกระทบยอดบัญชี จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. ใช้งาน Excel ได้ดี และสามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นได้
  5. เข้าใจพื้นฐานระบบ Payment Gateway หรือ API จะได้รับการพิจารณาเพิ่มเติม
  6. พร้อมเรียนรู้ แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมอื่นได้
