Job Descriptions
1. Responsible to implement the post-sales technical support in relation to Machine Tools, including installation, repair and maintenance, for both preventative and corrective maintenance, in accordance with Company’s Policy & Operating Standards. 2. Perform all trouble shooting with clients with the objective to ensure proper quality service delivery is provided to the clients.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field etc.
  2. at least 3 years of experience
  3. Proven experience as a CNC Service Engineer or similar role.
  4. Understanding CNC machinery mechanics and electrical. (Fanuc control for electric support )
  5. Diagnostic and problem-solving skills. (PLC troubleshooting for electric support )
  6. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and electric diagrams.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  9. Flexibility for Oversea traveling / Open for weekend working in special cases
  10. have own car and driving license
