Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพการโทรของเจ้าหน้าที่ติดตามเร่งรัดหนี้ตามเป้าหมาย ทั้งทีมภายในและภายนอก เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานที่กำหนด - วิเคราะห์และให้ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงปฏิบัติที่สามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริง เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการทำงาน - จัดทำรายงานข้อผิดพลาด พร้อมระบุปัญหาซ้ำ ๆ เพื่อให้สามารถแก้ไขได้อย่างทันท่วงที - สนับสนุนผู้จัดการในการดำเนินการตรวจสอบ (Audit) และจัดทำเอกสารให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน - อัปเดตคู่มือการทำงาน (SOP) ให้ทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ โดยสะท้อนถึงข้อกำหนดจากหน่วยงานกำกับ เช่น PDPA, พ.ร.บ.ทวงหนี้, แนวปฏิบัติการให้สินเชื่ออย่างรับผิดชอบ (Responsible Lending) และ Market Conduct - ดำเนินการตรวจสอบอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในงานควบคุมด้านคุณภาพ (QA/QC)
  2. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดและกฎระเบียบของธนาคาร รวมถึง PDPA และ พ.ร.บ.การทวงถามหนี้
  3. มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์อย่างเป็นระบบ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  4. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี พร้อมความสามารถในการรับฟังและเจาะลึกสาเหตุของปัญหา
