Job Descriptions1. Exploring new customers to promote products and create new business opportunities.
2. Planning and organizing daily work schedule to call and visit on potential customers.
3. Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and explore new opportunity for upselling and cross-selling.
4. Increase Sales Performance to achieve monthly and annual targets.
5. Negotiate/close sales/handle complaints or comments and solve problem for customer accounts under responsibility.
6. Report market situation, competitor movement and new customer to the sales manager
7. To prepare the sales document (proposal or quotation), propose and present to the customers including follow up the progression and feedback from the customers
8. Work in close collaboration with all internal cross-functional teams
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 3 years in sales experiences (Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food ingredient or related sectors.)
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and must be able to negotiate and problem-solve
- Fluent in English both written and spoken (TOIEC score minimum 650)
