Main Responsibilities
1. HR Management & Recruitment
Lead end-to-end hiring: write job ads, post on local / international platforms, screen CVs, schedule and coordinate interviews.
Prepare offer letters, contracts, onboarding check-lists; open and maintain employee files (paper & digital).
Keep personnel records, leave registers, payroll inputs and PND 1 forms accurate and audit-ready.
Update HR policies, employee handbook and organisational charts; communicate changes to staff.
Support engagement activities and basic L&D initiatives together with HQ HR.
2. Visa & Work-Permit Administration
Handle the full E-Visa and BOI Work Permit process for expatriate staff.
Compile / submit packages to BOI, IMD and Immigration; monitor expiry dates and file renewals on time.
Arrange appointments and accompany employees to relevant offices when needed.
Advise foreign hires on long-term visa options (Non-B, LTR, Dependent, etc.).
