Job Descriptions
1. Carry out tasks in accordance with ISO quality system requirements such as Register, revise, distribute, control, cancel, and destroy documents.
2. Prepare and monitor performance according to KPIs, including planning and following up on internal audits.
3. Prepare meeting plans for management reviews, coordinate, and perform tasks related to management review meetings.
4. Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in ISO system management.
- Good communication skills in English (Chinese language skills will be advantage).
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills with both internal and external parties.
- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft office etc.
