Job Descriptions
1. Generate job number for seafreight import shipment 2. Issue advance money and submit to financial division 3. Review supporting documents for customs clearance processing 4. Operate import customs clearance process at Bangkok port and any port near Bangkok areas 5. Deal with the customs officer to negotiate for customs clearance and inspection in case any problem occurs. 6. Release the cargoes, taking pictures and checking cargo condition before loading onto the truck for LCL shipment 7. Issue survey note in case cargo damage before release the cargoes at port 8. Close cost sheet
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female, age of not over 35 years.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, International Business, Business Administration or related field.
  3. At least 3 years experience or more in shipping, import/export or related functions
  4. Good knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures
  5. Proficient in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)
  6. Proficient in computer usage and skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  7. Experience with ERP systems (e.g. TIFFA EDI) is an advantage
  8. Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure
  9. Highly responsible, details-oriented and punctual
